Return & Exchange Policy

At appleparts.in, we stand by the quality of our products and ensure they are checked before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Exchange Only – No Refunds

   • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

   • Items can only be exchanged for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

   • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

   • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

   • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

   • Items that have been installed, mishandled, or physically damaged after delivery are not eligible.

4. Defective or Wrong Item Received

   • If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Shipping Costs

   • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges, unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong/defective product).
